采用盆栽试验,分析不同腐解时间(0、60、120和180d)、不同腐解浓度(0、0.125、0.25和0.5gDW/mL)玉米秸秆腐解液对苗期根长、根表面积、根体积、根干重的影响。结果表明,各项指标均在60和120d处理下随着腐解液浓度增大,先增加后减小,与对照相比,低、中浓度(0.125和0.25gDW/mL)腐解液起促进作用,高浓度(0.5gDW/mL)则有抑制作用。玉米幼苗四叶、五叶、六叶期,表现出在腐解120d、0.125gDW/mL浓度处理下各项根系指标达到最大值,在腐解120d、0.5gDW/mL浓度处理下达到最小值。玉米秸秆腐解液对玉米幼苗根长、根表面积、根体积、根干重的影响,随腐解液浓度增加,有“低促高抑”的化感效应;随腐解天数的增加,对其影响先增大后减小;随叶龄增加,其影响逐渐减弱。
