随着市场经济和电力工业的发展,电力工程甲供物资代理作为电力工程物资管理的新模式应运而生,它是供应链管理思想的具体应用,涉及了众多环节与企业主体,其有效的实现离不开信息技术和信息系统的支持。本文首先对电力建设工程甲供物资代理的管理模式及其业务流程进行了分析,在此基础上提出了针对电力建设工程甲供物资代理的供应链管理解决方案,包括系统体系结构的选择、网络平台的构建、系统的构架及主要模块的功能。该解决方案不仅为业主、施工企业、监理公司、物资公司、供应商建立了一个充分共享的信息平台,更重要的是实现了物资供应的过程化管理。根据该解决方案设计的系统已经在某物资公司进行了研发并正式投入使用,取得了预期效果,得到了用户的认可,实践证明是可行的。
