本文从高压油管内一元不稳定流动方程出发,通过简化的燃油压力公式以及高压油路中附加容积内压力的变化公式,并结合当前柴油机燃油系统的实际情况和发展动向,着重阐述了高压喷射的实施途径有:增加油泵凸轮的速度和增大柱塞直径;减少高压油管的长度和内径;尽量减少高压油路中的附加容积以及截面的变化;提高喷嘴针阀的开启压力等。文中还论述了由于高压喷射所带来的二次喷射,穴蚀,针阀反跳,燃气倒流,不稳定喷射以及低速失控等问题和消除这些问题所采取的相应措施。
Based on the univariate unstable flow equation in high pressure tubing, the simplified formula of fuel pressure and the formula of pressure change in the additional volume of high pressure oil line are introduced. Combining with the actual situation and development trend of diesel engine fuel system, The implementation of ways are: increase the speed of the pump cam and increase the plunger diameter; reduce the length and diameter of the high-pressure tubing; minimize the additional volume of high-pressure oil in the pipeline and section changes; improve the nozzle needle valve opening pressure. The paper also discusses the problems of secondary injection, cavitation, needle rebound, gas reverse flow, unstable injection and low-speed out of control caused by high-pressure injection and the corresponding measures to eliminate these problems.
