目的了解学校食堂餐具卫生状况,规范餐具消毒操作程序,提高消毒效果。方法采用GB14934-1994食(饮)具消毒卫生标准规定的大肠菌群快速检验纸片法。结果2006~2008年共采样检测1 820份,合格1 179份,总合格率为64.8%,年合格率呈逐年上升趋势,不同性质学校餐具消毒合格率差异有统计学意义。结论铜山县中小学校餐具消毒质量不容乐观,对食源性疾病的发生和流行存在很大的隐患。卫生监督管理部门应加强宣传培训工作,加大日常监管力度,提高餐具消毒质量。
Objective To understand the hygienic condition of school canteen utensils, to standardize the operating procedure of tableware disinfection and to improve the disinfection effect. Methods GB14934-1994 food (drink) with the standard of disinfection hygiene coliform rapid test paper method. Results From 2006 to 2008, a total of 1 820 samples were tested and 1 179 were qualified, with a total pass rate of 64.8%. The annual pass rate showed an upward trend year by year. There were significant differences in the pass rates of tableware in different types of schools. Conclusion The quality of tableware disinfection in primary and secondary schools in Tongshan County is not optimistic. It is a hidden danger to the occurrence and prevalence of foodborne diseases. Health supervision and management departments should step up publicity and training, increase the daily supervision and improve the quality of tableware disinfection.
