采用浸泡失重法、电化学方法,研究了在50℃饱和的H2S/CO_2介质中Gemini表面活性剂和咪唑啉表面活性剂在Cr13钢上的吸附行为与缓蚀性能。结果表明,所研究的几种表面活性剂均在Cr13钢表面上形成致密的单分子吸附层,且吸附服从Langmuir方程式,表现出优异的缓蚀性能,明显抑制了Cr13钢在50℃饱和H_2S/CO_2介质中的腐蚀;其缓蚀能力排序为:12-6-12型Gemini表面活性剂>16-2-16型Gemini表面活性剂>咪唑啉。此外,当Gemini表面活性剂的浓度达到50 mg/L时,其缓蚀率可达到85%左右。
Adsorption behavior and corrosion inhibition of Gemini surfactant and imidazoline surfactant on Cr13 steel were studied by immersion weight loss method and electrochemical method in saturated H2S / CO 2 medium at 50 ℃. The results showed that all of the surfactants studied formed a dense monolayer on the surface of Cr13 steel and the adsorption was obeyed the Langmuir equation and showed excellent corrosion inhibition properties. The corrosion resistance of Cr13 steel at 50 ℃ saturated H 2 S / CO_2 medium. The order of corrosion inhibition was Gemini surfactant 12-6-12> Gemini surfactant 16-2-16> imidazoline. In addition, when the Gemini surfactant concentration reaches 50 mg / L, the corrosion inhibition rate can reach about 85%.
