俞从正,男,1946年9月出生,江苏省扬州市人,汉族,中共党员。教授、博士生导师。专业背景为皮革化学与工程。1970年毕业于原北京轻工业学院,留校工作。曾任皮革系实验室主任、分析教研室主任;1991-1996年任副教授,期间经国家教委的考试获公派资格,于1993-1994年在澳大利亚工业与科学研究组织做高级访问学者;1997晋升教授,同年任华东理工大学兼职博士生导师;2002年起兼任天津科技大学博士生导师,2003年起任陕西科技大学博士生导师;1994-2003年先后任皮革工程系主任、皮革工程学院院长、院长兼党总支书记;2004年起任陕西科技大学镐京学院副院长、党总支书记;2006-2007年任陕西科技大学评建办公室常务副主任。现社会兼职陕西省人民政府决策咨询委员会委员、陕西省环境科学学会常务理事、中国皮革协会科技委员会委员、科技部国际合作重大项目评审委员、全国高等学校教学研究会独立学院分委员会委员、《中国皮革》、《北京皮革》、《皮革科学与工程》等杂志编委。在将近40年的教学与科研生涯中,勤奋工作,多有建树。在任期内,为皮革学院新增本科专业及专业方向三个,硕士点一个,获得了皮革学科的博士学位授权;主持和参加了国家“七·五”、“十·五”科技攻关项目、国家“863计划项目”、联合国工发组织项目、国家环境保护总局项目,目前正主持国家自然科学基金及博士点基金项目。先后获轻工总会科技进步二等奖、陕西省科技进步二等奖;二项教学成果获陕西省优秀教学成果二等奖。编撰、出版了学术专著《中国细毛羊皮组织学图谱》、科技著作《皮革分析检验技术》、高等学校统编教材《皮革生产过程分析》。作为第一作者,发表论文近50篇,其中被SCI及EI收录6篇次,ISTP收录3篇次。曾获陕西科技大学迎评促建特别贡献奖、优秀干部、中国轻工总会先进工作者、第二届张铨基金奖等殊荣;2007年获陕西省优秀教师、全国优秀教师称号。 Yu Congzheng, male, born in September 1946, Yangzhou City, Jiangsu Province, Han, member of the Communist Party of China. Now part-time social Shaanxi Provincial People’s Government Decision Advisory Committee, executive director of Shaanxi Provincial Environmental Science Society, China Leather Association Science and Technology Committee, the Ministry of Science and Technology International Cooperation major project jury members, the National Institute of Higher Education Independent College Committee, “China Leather ”,“ Beijing Leather ”,“ Leather Science and Engineering ”magazine editorial board. In nearly 40 years of teaching and research career, hard work, accomplish something. During his term of office, he added three undergraduate majors and one master’s degree to leather academy, obtained a Ph.D. degree from leather science department, presided over and participated in the national “seven five”, “ten five” National Science and Technology Project, National 863 Project, UNIDO Project and State Environmental Protection Administration. Currently, the project is being supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the PhD Program. Has won the second prize of scientific and technological progress of Light Industry Federation, second prize of scientific and technological progress in Shaanxi Province; two teaching achievements won the second prize of outstanding teaching achievement in Shaanxi Province. Compiled and published academic monograph “Chinese wool sheepskin histology map”, science and technology works “leather analysis test technology”, institutions of higher learning unified teaching “leather production process analysis.” As the first author, he has published nearly 50 papers, of which 6 were cited by SCI and EI, and 3 by ISTP. Won the Shaanxi University of Science and Technology welcomes the assessment of special contribution award, outstanding cadres, China Light Industry Association advanced workers, the second Zhangquan Fund Award and other awards; 2007 outstanding teachers in Shaanxi Province, the title of outstanding teachers.
