随着我国工程硕士招生规模不断扩大,工程硕士专业学位教育的一些问题也逐渐暴露出来。这些问题的背后涉及教育发展中的模仿与借鉴、政府职能和定位问题、企业在工程师人才培养中的作用、工程硕士专业学位的社会地位和工程教育本身的社会地位等一系列问题,本质上是政府、社会、企业、工程教育机构之间互动关系的深层次问题。要解决这些问题,不仅需要从教育内部进行变革,政府、用人单位乃至全社会对工程教育的认识的协调一致更是必不可少的环境与条件。当然这是一个渐进的过程。
With the increasing enrollment of Master of Engineering in our country, some problems of Master of Engineering degree education are gradually exposed. Behind these problems are a series of problems such as the imitation and reference in the development of education, the government function and orientation, the role of enterprises in the training of engineers, the social status of engineering master’s degree and the social status of engineering education. To solve these problems, we not only need to make changes from within education, but also the environment and conditions necessary for the concerted efforts of government, employers and even the whole society in engineering education. Of course, this is a gradual process.
