考虑平衡钢丝绳和上端激励对摩擦提升系统卡罐时钢丝绳振动的影响,利用Hamilton原理建立变长度提升钢丝绳横向振动动力学模型。应用有限差分法离散化偏微分方程,并以某煤矿副立井塔式多绳摩擦提升系统为例,分析了外界激励频率和阻尼对钢丝绳横向振动的影响。
Considering the influence of the balanced wire rope and the upper excitation on the wire rope vibration of the friction promotion system stuck tank, the Hamiltonian principle was established to improve the lateral vibration dynamic model of the wire rope. The finite difference method is used to discretize partial differential equations. Taking a tower multi-rope friction hoisting system with auxiliary shaft as an example, the influence of external excitation frequency and damping on the lateral vibration of wire rope is analyzed.
