媒体公信力是指媒体具有的赢得公众信赖的品质与能力。公信力是媒体的一种属性,其核心是媒体的“信用”问题,可信赖是最重要的公信力维度。同时,公信力也表现为媒体与受众之间的一种关系。公信力的形成,贯穿于传播的整个过程,观众对媒体社会职能的信用程度在感知、认同的基础上予以评价,就形成了媒体的公信力。
Media credibility is the quality and ability of the media to win public trust. Credibility is a property of the media. Its core is the issue of “credit” of the media. Trustworthiness is the most important dimension of credibility. At the same time, credibility also manifests itself as a relationship between the media and the audience. The formation of credibility, throughout the entire process of communication, the audience’s credit rating of the social functions of the media on the basis of perception, identity, evaluation, formed the credibility of the media.
