以加入Nb和Ti元素的20Cr Mo H和22Cr Mo H钢为研究对象,研究了晶粒尺寸对渗碳钢疲劳强度的影响。结果表明,晶粒细化后,钢中裂纹扩展难度增大,从而提高了钢的疲劳强度。
The effects of grain size on the fatigue strength of carburized steels were investigated with 20Cr MoH and 22Cr MoH steels with addition of Nb and Ti. The results show that the grain refinement increases the difficulty of crack propagation in the steel, thus increasing the fatigue strength of the steel.
