目的 :探讨军校学员学习兴趣、人格特征与心理健康的关系。方法 :用SCL -90、EPQ和自编学习兴趣量表对分布在国内 19个省、自治区和直辖市的 5 7所各类军队高校的 12 664名学员进行测试并进行比较分析。结果 :(1) 60 5 %的学员喜欢所学专业 ,少数 (11 5 % )学员对专业学习不感兴趣 ;(2 )学员学习兴趣没有性别差异 ,但兴趣强度随年级升高略呈下降趋势 ;(3 )学员学习兴趣越强 ,心理健康水平越高 ;(4 )与学习兴趣弱的学员相比 ,学习兴趣强的人格具有弱精神质、外向、情绪稳定和较高的自我隐蔽性等特征。结论 :学习兴趣与人格特征和心理健康有关。从培养学习兴趣入手完善人格品质提高心理健康水平是军校素质教育的一个重要途径
Objective: To explore the relationship between cadets’ learning interest, personality traits and mental health. Methods: 12 664 students from 57 military colleges and universities in 19 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities in 19 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government were tested and compared using SCL-90, EPQ and self-made learning interest scale. Results: (1) 60.5% of trainees preferred to study majors, and a minority of students (115%) were not interested in majors; (2) There was no gender difference in students’ learning interest, but the intensity of interest declined slightly with the increase of grade; (3) The stronger students’ interest in learning is, the higher the mental health level is. (4) Compared with the students with weak learning interest, the students with strong learning interest have the characteristics of weak spirit, extroversion, emotional stability and high self-concealment . Conclusion: Learning interest is related to personality traits and mental health. Starting from Cultivating Learning Interests, Improving Personality Quality, Improving Mental Health Level as an Important Way of Quality Education in Military Academies
