为了确定南山矿瓦斯和煤自燃复合灾害工作面合理通风方式和通风量,以33183综放工作面为研究对象,采用Fluent软件从瓦斯和氧浓度分布、温度场分布角度综合分析其合理通风方式和通风量。模拟结果表明:“U+L”型和“Y”型通风方式虽能解决瓦斯问题,但从氧化带宽度、高温区特点可知不利防火;“U”型通风方式有利于防火,需配合瓦斯抽采技术解决瓦斯超限问题,故33183工作面合理通风方式确定为“U”型,既能满足瓦斯抽采要求,又能控制遗煤自燃问题。
In order to determine the reasonable ventilation mode and ventilation rate of Nanshan mine gas and coal spontaneous combustion complex working face, taking 33183 fully mechanized caving mining face as the research object, using Fluent software to synthetically analyze its reasonable ventilation mode from the gas and oxygen concentration distribution and temperature field distribution Ventilation. The simulation results show that although the “U + L” type and “Y” type ventilation methods can solve the gas problem, it can be seen from the characteristics of the oxidation zone width and the high temperature that unfavorable fire prevention is available. The “U” Fire prevention is required to solve the gas overrun problem with the gas drainage technology. Therefore, the reasonable ventilation mode of the 33183 face is identified as “U” type, which can not only meet the gas drainage requirements but also control the spontaneous combustion of coal.
