基于宏观层面政策、规划研究应用的研究定位,以社会效益最大化为目标建立风电-抽水蓄能联合运行优化模型,研究含风电场系统风电与抽水蓄能的最优匹配容量问题,并采用嵌套式遗传算法进行优化仿真分析,仿真结果表明风电与抽水蓄能的合理配置可促进风电发展,实现社会效益的显著提高。该文给出的确定风电与抽水蓄能最优匹配容量的方法具有一定的实践意义。
Based on the macro-level policy and planning and research application, the optimization model of wind power and pumped storage combined operation is established with the goal of maximizing social benefits. The optimum matching capacity of wind power and pumped storage in wind farms is studied. Nested genetic algorithm to optimize the simulation analysis, the simulation results show that the rational allocation of wind power and pumped storage can promote the development of wind power, to achieve significant social benefits. The method given in this paper to determine the optimal matching capacity of wind power and pumped storage has some practical significance.
