回弹是超高强钢板冲压成形过程中影响冲压件尺寸精度和形状精度的重要因素之一。本文应用ABAQUS有限元模拟软件,以试验验证为基础,通过正交试验对超高强钢板980GI的V形弯曲成形与卸载回弹过程进行有限元数值模拟,研究试验过程中几何参数、工艺参数对回弹的影响。由模拟结果分析出各因素对回弹影响的主次顺序及变化趋势,并进行仿真预测,为实际应用提供参考。
Springback is one of the important factors affecting the dimensional accuracy and shape accuracy of stamping parts in the process of stamping forming of ultra-high strength steel.
