奥美拉唑（Ome）在剂量为5、12．5mg／kg时能明显减轻SD大鼠应激型和幽门结扎型胃粘膜损伤，促进乙酸烧灼型胃溃疡的愈合，降低胃液酸度及总酸量，其作用强度相当于雷尼替丁（Ran）的4～7倍．Ome还能有效预防无水乙醇引起的胃粘膜损伤，而Ran无效．这些结果表明Ome对大鼠胃粘膜有良好的保护作用。
