本文试图从三个方面就武装干部积极性问题作一探讨,以期引起大家的共同关心。 一、新形势下调动武装干部积极性的一般特征 一是具有政策性。各级都把调动人的积极性放到了重要位置,纳入了制定方针政策、战略的轨道。二是具有竞争性。为调动工作积极性,各级均注重设立台阶目标,悬奖攻关,充分发挥武装工作的作用。三是具有法律性。开始将武装工作纳入了法律范畴,充分显示了武装工作地位作用,对式装干部积极性的发挥起了心理稳定作用。
This article attempts to discuss the enthusiasm of armed cadres from three aspects in order to arouse mutual concern.
