目的探究早孕期系统超声切面在胎儿结构畸形筛查方面的实际应用效果;方法选取2015年3月至2016年3月期间就诊于该院妇产科进行早孕检查的256例孕妇作为研究对象,对其进行系统的超声切面检测,通过与中晚孕期超声结果以及出生后结果进行对比;结果孕期超声共检出12例畸形胎儿,共15处畸形,其中早孕期超声检出8例胎儿,共10处结构畸形,中晚孕期超声检测出4例畸形胎儿,共5处结构畸形,两组结果差异具有统计学意义,即P<0.05。早孕期超声检测中水肿胎例数为2例、脊柱裂例数为2例、室间隔缺损例数为0例、内脏反位例数为0例和四肢结构异常例数为6例;中晚孕期超声检测中水肿胎例数为0例、脊柱裂例数为1例、室间隔缺损例数为0例、内脏反位例数为0例和四肢结构异常例数为3例,两组结果差异具有统计学意义,即P<0.05。早孕期超声诊断胎儿结构畸形敏感度为66.67%,出生结果漏诊1例畸形胎儿;结论早孕期间进行系统的超声检测在胎儿结构畸形的排查方面具有重要意义,因此值得推广使用。
Objective To explore the practical application of ultrasound system in early pregnancy in the screening of fetus structural abnormalities. Methods From March 2015 to March 2016, 256 pregnant women who visited the obstetrics and gynecology department during the first trimester of pregnancy in our hospital were selected as research objects. The results of ultrasound during pregnancy and postnatal results were compared; results of ultrasound during pregnancy were detected in 12 cases of abnormal fetus, a total of 15 deformities, including early pregnancy ultrasound detected 8 fetuses, a total of 10 Department of structural deformity, mid-late pregnancy ultrasound detected four cases of deformed fetus, a total of five structural deformities, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant, P <0.05. In the first trimester of pregnancy, there were 2 cases of edema, 2 cases of spina bifida, 0 cases of ventricular septal defect, 0 cases of visceral anti-aliasing and 6 cases of abnormal limbs. There were 0 cases of edema in pregnancy, 1 case of spina bifida, 0 case of ventricular septal defect, 0 case of visceral anti-position and 3 cases of abnormal limb structure. The results of two groups The difference was statistically significant, P <0.05.
