本研究以调查的方式探究中美大学生在不同人际关系的情境下使用母语提出请求和回应请求的表达特点和礼貌程度,以及权势身份意识在中美大学生社会交往中的话语策略选择和使用中产生的影响。研究发现,在请求类语境中,中美受试者都很重视交际目的任务型的“有效性”原则,与美国人相比,中国人更多受到社会关系型谈话制约,对权势等级更为敏感。本研究结果旨在为跨文化教学及实践提供指导及实证依据。
This study explored the expression characteristics and politeness of Sino-U.S. College students using their mother tongue in different contexts to make requests and respond to requests, as well as the degree of politeness in the choice and use of discourse strategies in social interaction between Chinese and American college students Impact. The study found that in the context of the request category, both Chinese and American subjects attach importance to the task-oriented “validity ” principle of communicative purpose. Compared with Americans, Chinese are more restricted by social relational conversations, Level is more sensitive.
