本工作研制了几种耐氯化氢腐蚀的镍基合金。当温度为500℃时,它们的腐蚀速率都低于0.5毫米/年。氯化氢对金属或合金的作用属于化学腐蚀。在相同的条件下,金属或合金的耐蚀性主要取决于它们的氯化物表面膜的保护作用。
This work developed several resistance to hydrogen chloride corrosion of nickel-based alloys. When the temperature is 500 ℃, their corrosion rate is lower than 0.5 mm / year. Hydrogen chloride on the role of metals or alloys are chemical corrosion. Under the same conditions, the corrosion resistance of metals or alloys depends mainly on the protective effect of their chloride surface films.
