这是一九六零年,玉门油矿文工团在参加松辽盆地大庆油田开发会战时,与一二零五钻井队队长.『铁人』王进喜同志一起合影时的情景.玉门油矿文工团,是石油战线上最早的一支文艺宣传队,它的前身是中国人民解放军五十七师石油工程第一师文工队,解放后随着玉门油矿的建设发展,有志之士的文艺工作者,怀着开发大西北,建设大西北的满腔热情来到了祖国的油都玉门油矿,他们中间许多演员经历了战争年代血与火的考验和人拉肩扛的石油大会战.记得一九四九年三月渡江战役的前夕,为了激发战士们的渡江热情,提高部队战斗力,他们演出《赤叶河》、《白毛女》、《刘胡兰》、《血泪仇》等剧目后.连队战士纷纷递交请战、挑战渡江杀敌的决心书,为战前思想动员起了促进作用.在南下过程中,他们不仅要参加大型剧目的演出,还要现场鼓动编写许多应时的、短小多样的文艺、曲艺节目,其中有《阵地小休息》、《这一仗打得真叫棒》、《白云寺剿匪记》,起到配合行军打仗、鼓舞士气的作用.
