目的:建立膝悦颗粒的定性定量方法。方法:采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对膝悦颗粒中的姜黄、当归、柴胡、续断进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定黄芪甲苷的含量。结果:TLC鉴别分离度好,专属性强;含量测定项中黄芪甲苷在0.53~13.28μg间呈线性关系,平均回收率为99.12%,RSD为0.78%。结论:所建立的方法简便,准确、精密度高、重复性好,可作为膝悦颗粒的质量控制方法。
Objective: To establish a qualitative and quantitative method for Koyue granules. Methods: The contents of Astragaloside A, Astragalus membranaceus and Radix Bupleuri were determined by TLC. Results: TLC identification showed good specificity and specificity. The content of astragaloside was linear in the range of 0.53 ~ 13.28 μg with the average recovery of 99.12% and the RSD of 0.78%. Conclusion: The established method is simple, accurate, high precision, good repeatability, and can be used as a quality control method for Koyue granules.
