晕船是海上航行作业时前庭功能失调所致的一种病症,临床常服用抗晕船药物来防治,但药效都不够理想。为此,我们采用自制止晕药膜乳突贴敷防治晕船210例,疗效显著。对象和方法一、对象舰艇指战员630人,均为19～34岁男性,随机分贴药膜组、服药组和不给药组。每组各210人。舰艇吨位600吨,在4～5月、10～11月,风浪为5～7级,共进行3次试验。二、方法 1.止晕药膜的成分:主要是东莨菪碱等药物加上透析剂,制成药膜。
