5月27日,“北京顺义·2006临空经济发展国际论坛”在北京市顺义区开幕。本次论坛以“服务全国面向世界建设首都高端产业功能区”为主题,集中探讨了“发展临空经济”这一新课题。民航总局局长杨元元发来了贺信。杨局长在贺信中说,伴随中国经济的迅速发展,航空运输的作用日益显现,对经济和社会发展产生越来越深刻的影响。以大型枢纽机场为核心,以航空产业为主体,相关产业在周边地区的积聚辐射,临空经济区位逐步在发达地区形成。首都临空经济经过十余年的发展,基本形成了各功能区区域组团,产业分工,功能互补的局面。在北京“十一五”规划中,明确提出开发临空经济区,发展临空产业,提升会展物流业水平,必将机场
May 27, “Beijing Shunyi 2006 International Airport Development Forum” opened in Shunyi District, Beijing. The forum focused on the theme of “serving the country’s capital-oriented high-end industrial functional area” and focused on the new topic of “developing airport economy”.
