Diabetic cardiomyopathy is one of the main causes of death of diabetic patients and seriously endangers human health. MiRNA is a type of endogenous non-coding RNA with a length of 18-25 nucleotides. It can regulate gene expression and plays an important role in the development of diabetic cardiomyopathy. This article will review the pathogenesis of diabetic cardiomyopathy and the important role of miRNA in its pathogenesis in order to provide a reference for future research.
