某患者女性,25岁,身高160cm,体重48kg,入院原因为出现转移性右下腹痛,时间超过4小时.患者在入院前7小时左右出现明显上腹阵发性疼痛,并伴有恶心呕吐现象,呕吐物为胃内容物,且疼痛情况无明显诱因.数小时之后疼痛转移,且固定在右下腹区域表现为持续性胀痛伴有低烧现象.患者入院检查无黑便血便和尿频尿急情况,腹部彩超显示有阑尾炎改变情况,临床诊断为急性阑尾炎.
