对我院２１例及我国已报道的８６例色素膜转移癌进行临床病理分析。结果表明：我国色素膜转移癌左、右眼无甚差别。原发癌部位最多者为肺４５例（４２．０５％），乳癌１４例（１３．０８％）。在有记载眼部症状出现时间的原发肺癌４３例中，有３３例先出现眼部症状；而１４例原发乳腺癌中，竟无一例先出现眼部症状。这可能与肺癌发病率较高，且较乳腺癌难于发现，患者先来眼科就诊，摘除眼球病检证实者较乳腺癌者多有关。
21 cases in our hospital and our country has reported 86 cases of pigmented membrane metastases for clinicopathological analysis. The results show that: pigmented membrane metastases in China left and right eyes no difference. 45 cases of primary lung cancer (42.05%) and 14 cases (13.08%) of breast cancer. Of the 43 cases of primary lung cancer with documented ocular symptom onset, 33 developed ocular symptoms first, while in 14 cases of primary breast cancer, none developed ocular symptoms first. This may be a higher incidence of lung cancer, and more difficult to find than breast cancer, patients first came to ophthalmology, removal of eye disease confirmed more than those who breast cancer.
