目的初步了解哈尔滨市秋冬季节儿童呼吸道病毒感染病原情况,探讨哈尔滨市儿童常见呼吸道病毒病原谱的构成。方法采用real-time PCR,对2012年-2016年每年10月-次年3月采集的900份儿童流感阴性样品进行呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)、人偏肺病毒(h MPV)、副流感病毒3型(PIV-Ⅲ)、人呼吸道腺病毒(Ad V)、人博卡病毒(h Bo V)及鼻病毒(HRV)6种病毒的检测。结果被检测的900份咽拭子样本中,检出病毒感染阳性总数为196份,总阳性率为21.78%,其中各项单种病毒感染检出率由高到低依次为Ad V(6.66%)、PIV-Ⅲ(6.00%)、RSV(4.89%)、h MPV(4.11%)以及h Bo V(0.33%),其中HRV未检出。2种病毒混合感染阳性为5份,即1份PIV-Ⅲ与RSV混合感染,1份PIV-Ⅲ与h Bo V混合感染,3份RSV与Ad V混合感染。结论哈尔滨地区2012年-2016年秋冬季节,上述病毒总检出率低于南方地区;儿童感染呼吸道病毒每年10月、次年3月以Ad V为主;11月以PIV-Ⅲ为主;12月-次年1月以流感为主,2月呼吸道病毒感染呈多样性;总体阳性患儿无性别差异。
Objective To understand the etiopathogenisis of children with respiratory virus infection in autumn and winter in Harbin and to explore the composition of the common respiratory virus pathogen in children in Harbin. Methods Real-time PCR was used to detect respiratory syncytial virus (RSV), human metapneumovirus (hMPV), parainfluenza virus (HCV) and parainfluenza virus (RSV) in 900 children with influenza-negative samples collected from October to March of each year from 2012 to 2016, (PIV-III), Ad V, h Bo V and rhinovirus (HRV). Results Of the 900 throat swab samples detected, the total positive rate of virus infection was 196 and the total positive rate was 21.78%. Among them, the highest detection rate of each single virus was Ad V (6.66% ), PIV-III (6.00%), RSV (4.89%), hMPV (4.11%) and h BoV (0.33%). The positive rate of mixed infection of the two viruses was 5, that is 1 mixed infection of PIV-III and RSV, 1 mixed infection of PIV-III and h Bo V and 3 mixed infections of RSV and AdV. Conclusions The overall detection rate of the above viruses in Harbin during autumn and winter from 2012 to 2016 is lower than that in the south. Children infected with respiratory viruses each year in October and March of the following year are mainly Ad V, while in November they are mainly PIV-Ⅲ. Month - the following year in January the main flu, respiratory virus infection in February showed a diversity; the overall positive children without gender differences.
