将麦芽凝集素-棘根过氧化物酶(WGA-HRP)注入猫前庭神经下核(DVN)或内侧核(MVN),观察标记终末在小脑蚓部皮质的分布。结果表明:标记终末分布区在整个小脑蚓部呈边缘不整齐的锯齿状纵长带状分布,此带最宽处距正中线向外约3.0mm,最窄处约0.8mm。标记终末主要分布在小脑小叶的根部和中间部,位于两侧的蚓部,同侧的标记终末数量多于对侧。在首裂附近和Ⅸ、Ⅹ小叶有两个密集分布区。前叶和后叶(包括Ⅹ小叶)的标记终末数量大约相等。
The WGA-HRP was injected into the DVN or medial nucleus (MVN) to observe the distribution of labeled terminals in the cerebellar vermis. The results showed that the terminal area of the marker distributed in a serrated longitudinal zonal distribution throughout the cerebellar vermis with the widest point being about 3.0 mm outward from the median line and about 0.8 mm at the narrowest point. Marked terminals are mainly distributed in the root and middle part of the cerebellar lobes, located in the vermis on both sides, the number of ileal marker terminals more than the contralateral. In the vicinity of the first fissure and Ⅸ, x-lobe has two densely distributed areas. The numbers of labeled terminals in the anterior and posterior lobes (including the X-lobe) are approximately equal.
