目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定抗衰合剂中丹参素钠的含量。方法:色谱柱:Hypersil BDS柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-水-冰醋酸(8:91:1);流速:1.0ml·min~(-1);检测波长:281nm;柱温:30℃;灵敏度:0.10AUFS。结果:丹参素钠在6.21~198.72μg·ml~(-1)浓度范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 9,平均回收率为97.6%(RSD=1.55%),98.3%(RSD=1.19%),96.5%(RSD=1.32%)。结论:该方法操作简便,快捷,可靠性高,准确性和重复性好,其他组分对测定无干扰,可作为抗衰合剂的质量控制方法。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of Danshensu sodium in anti-accumulation reagents. Method: Column: Hypersil BDS column (250mm×4.6mm, 5μm); mobile phase: methanol-water-glacial acetic acid (8:91:1); flow rate: 1.0ml·min-1; detection wavelength: 281nm Column temperature: 30°C; Sensitivity: 0.10 AUFS. Results: There was a good linear relationship between the concentrations of danshensu sodium in the range of 6.21~198.72 μg·ml -1 , r=0.999 9. The average recovery was 97.6% (RSD=1.55%) and 98.3% (RSD=1.19%). 96.5% (RSD = 1.32%). Conclusion: This method is simple, fast, reliable, accurate and reproducible, and other components have no interference with the determination. It can be used as a quality control method for anti-recovery agents.
