研究了在奎宁存在下四碘荧光素与新洁而灭的缔合反应。在pH 7.9~8.6范围内新浩而灭与四碘荧光素、奎宁形成稳定的三元离子缔合物(λ_(max)545 nm)。用1,2-二氯乙烷萃取时e=5.8×10~4 1·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1)。测出缔合物组成为1∶1∶1。研究了测定微量新浩而灭的条件和方法。2×10_(-7)~4×10_(-6)M新洁而灭符合Lambert-Beer定律,多数胺与生物碱不干扰测定。比较了在奎宁存在下17种酸性染料与新洁而灭的萃取—分光光度体系,确定荧光素类显色剂的效果优于类似结构的磺酞类显色剂。
The association reaction of tetraiodo-fluorescein with neo-Jiemie was studied in the presence of quinine.
