民国初的10年是中国近现代史上较为特殊的时期,在变化急剧的时代大潮中,当时普通中学的科学课程为满足社会发展需要和科学的自身特点,注重实验教学,注意结合地方实际,但在课程目标上却仍然有着片面化、表面化和“传统化”的流弊,总体呈现出有着“承前启后”意味的特色。研究、探索这些特色,能够为完善当今的普通中学科学课程寻得一些启示。
