目的 :探讨不同程度气化的蝶窦外侧壁与邻近结构的相关性 ,为鼻内窥镜蝶窦及其窦周手术提供解剖学资料。方法 :选用 15例成人头部标本 ,在横切面和冠状切面的断层标本上观察蝶窦外侧壁的邻近结构。结果 :蝶窦外侧壁上、中 1/ 3处壁前后径为 19.2 8± 8.9mm;蝶窦外侧壁段的颈内动脉长径为 11.0 0± 6.3mm;外侧壁段的视神经长径为 8.2 8± 4 .0 9mm。蝶窦外侧壁下 1/ 3处壁前后径为 14.75± 3.12 mm;外侧壁段的上颌神经长径为 8.3±3.2 4 mm。另对上述数据分别作直线相关分析 ,蝶窦外侧壁与颈内动脉、视神经、上颌神经的直线相关分析系数分别为 0 .94、0 .82、0 .66。结论 :颈内动脉、视神经、上颌神经蝶窦段的方位随着蝶窦外侧壁的变化而变化 ;了解它们的相对方位 ,对各年龄组和各种蝶窦气化类型病人的手术具有指导意义
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the correlation between different degrees of gasification of the sphenoid sinus lateral wall and its adjacent structures and provide anatomical data for nasal endoscopic sphenoid sinus and sinus surgery. Methods: Fifteen cases of adult head specimens were selected to observe the adjacent structures of the lateral sphenoid sinus wall on the transverse and coronal sections. Results: The anteroposterior diameter of 1/3 of the lateral sphenoid sinus wall was 19.2 8 ± 8.9 mm. The long diameter of the internal carotid artery of the lateral sphenoid sinus wall segment was 11.0 ± 6.3 mm. The length of optic nerve in the lateral wall segment was 8.2 8 ± 4 .0 9mm. The anteroposterior diameter of the anterior wall of the sphenoid sinus at 1/3 of the lateral wall was 14.75 ± 3.12 mm. The long axis of the maxillary nerve of the lateral wall was 8.3 ± 3.2 4 mm. In addition, the above data were respectively analyzed by linear correlation. The linear correlation coefficients between the sphenoidal sinus lateral wall and the internal carotid artery, optic nerve and maxillary nerve were 0 .94,0. 82,0. CONCLUSIONS: The orientation of internal carotid artery, optic nerve and maxillary nerve transection varies with the lateral wall of the sphenoid sinus; understanding their relative orientation is instructive for the surgery of various age groups and various types of patients with gasification of the sphenoid sinus
