为了研究GABA与MOR在吗啡镇痛中的相互关系,用包埋前免疫组织化学方法结合包埋后胶体金电镜技术,观察了猫脊髓后角浅层内γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)能轴突终末与表达阿片μ受体神经元之间的突触联系。结果表明,后角浅层内约有三分之一的MOR阳性树突和胞体与GABA阳性终末形成突触连接,这些突触均为对称性突触。本实验结果提示猫脊髓后角浅层内MOR阳性神经元的功能活动可能受到突触前成分释放的GABA的影响
In order to study the relationship between GABA and MOR in morphine analgesia, the GABA axis was observed in the shallow layer of the posterior horn of the cat spinal cord by the immunohistochemistry of the embedding and the colloidal gold electron microscopy Synaptic connections between terminal terminals and the expression of opiate μ receptor neurons. The results show that about one-third of the MOR-positive dendrites and cell bodies in the superficial lamina of posterior horn form synaptic connections with GABA-positive terminals, all of which are symmetrical synapses. Our results suggest that functional activity of MOR-positive neurons in the superficial layers of the posterior horn of the cat spinal cord may be affected by the release of pre-synaptic components of GABA
