为探讨菊科药用植物铝含量及存在状态,对云南17种菊科植物中铝含量进行分析。在17种菊科生药和水提取物中铝含量的频数分布均为正偏态;生药样品与水提取物中铝含量间有显著的线性相关(P<0.01),其回归方程为:y=7.453+0.037x。植物中铝的提取率算术平均值为4.196%,说明植物中水溶态的铝相对较低,不溶态的铝含量较高。降低了人体过量摄入铝的可能性。
In order to investigate the aluminum content and the state of existence of Asteraceae medicinal plants, the aluminum content of 17 species of Compositae in Yunnan was analyzed. The frequency distribution of aluminum content in all 17 crude drugs and aqueous extracts of Compositae was positively skewed; there was a significant linear correlation between the aluminum content in crude drug samples and water extracts (P<0.01), and the regression equation was: y=7.453+0.037x. The arithmetic mean of the extraction rate of aluminum in plants was 4.196%, indicating that the water-soluble aluminum in plants was relatively low, and the insoluble aluminum was higher. Reduce the possibility of excessive intake of aluminum in the human body.
