目的 观察急性脑梗塞患者血浆ET、T_xB_2水平及两者关系。方法 急性脑梗塞病人于病后3日内采血,恢复期病人病后2周采血,并与正常人作对照,用放射免疫分析法测定血浆ET、T_xB_2水平。结果 脑梗塞急性期ET、T_xB_2均较对照组及恢复期水平显著升高(P<0.01),恢复期较对照组亦显著升高,对急性期ET与T_xB_2直线相关分析,显示ET与T_xB_2呈正相关(r=0.48,P<0.01)。结论 ET与T_xB_2共同参与了脑梗塞的病理过程,ET所致的脑缺血性损伤,可能与增加T_xB_2水平有关。
Objective To observe the plasma levels of ET and T_xB_2 in patients with acute cerebral infarction and their relationship. Methods The patients with acute cerebral infarction were collected blood within 3 days after the illness and blood samples were collected two weeks after the patients were recovered. The levels of plasma ET and T_xB_2 were measured by radioimmunoassay. Results The levels of ET and T_xB_2 in the acute stage of cerebral infarction were significantly higher than those in the control and recovery stages (P <0.01), and the recovery periods were also significantly higher than those in the control group. The linear correlation analysis of ET and T_xB_2 in acute phase showed that ET and T_xB_2 were positive (R = 0.48, P <0.01). Conclusion ET and T_xB_2 are involved in the pathological process of cerebral infarction. ET-induced cerebral ischemic injury may be related to the increase of T_xB_2 level.
