本研究通过对某高校90名非英语专业大学生的商务英语拒绝策略进行语篇补全测试,发现:1)学习者的商务英语拒绝言语行为是由19项策略构成的放射状范畴结构,其中“否定要求”策略处于原型地位;2)语义情境并非是影响“否定要求”策略使用的关键因素,但会影响范畴中各项拒绝策略的分布;3)不同性别学习者在“否定要求”策略的使用上存在差异。研究结果表明,学习者在商务英语语境下有关拒绝策略的语用认知与语用行为表现出特殊性。最后,文章从商务英语跨文化交际教学的角度提出了建议。
In this study, 90 college non-English majors in a college business English rejection strategy for discourse testing, found that: 1) learners’ business English refusal to speech is a radial structure composed of 19 strategies, in which Negative requirements “strategy in the prototype position; 2) the semantic situation is not the key factor affecting the use of ” negation request “strategy, but will affect the distribution of rejection strategies in the category; 3) different gender learners in Requirements ”There are differences in the use of the strategy. The results show that the learners show particularity in the pragmatic cognitive and pragmatic behaviors of refusal strategies in business English. Finally, the article puts forward some suggestions from the perspective of cross-cultural communication in business English.
