为研究和验证电控机械式自动变速器(AMT)离合器自动控制策略,开发了AMT离合器综合性能试验台及其测控系统。通过改变惯量盘及加载电机负载力矩,可模拟不同挡位下的各种测试路况,实现对不同离合器结合速度下的车辆起步性能测试。试验结果表明,试验台可以测量AMT离合器控制策略所需要的相关性能参数,并验证所制定的离合器控制策略,为研制开发重型商用车AMT奠定了理论和试验基础。
In order to research and verify the automatic control strategy of electro-mechanical mechanical automatic transmission (AMT) clutch, AMT clutch comprehensive performance test bed and its measurement and control system have been developed. By changing the inertia disk and loading the motor load torque, we can simulate the various test road conditions under different gears to realize the test of vehicle starting performance under different clutch engagement speed. The test results show that the test bench can measure the relevant performance parameters required by the AMT clutch control strategy and verify the control strategy of the clutch, laying a theoretical and experimental foundation for the research and development of heavy commercial vehicles AMT.
