研究了氢化物发生原子荧光法测定苹果中硒的方法,选择了最佳仪器工作条件及化学试剂用量;考察了消化试剂对样品消化的影响及共存离子干扰,方法检出限为0.26μg/L,相对标准偏差为2.4%。
The method of hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry for the determination of selenium in apples was studied. The optimal instrument working conditions and the amount of chemical reagents were selected. The effects of digestion reagents on the sample digestion and coexisting ions were investigated. The detection limits were 0.26 μg / L, the relative standard deviation of 2.4%.
