汽车橡胶减振垫产品传统的模具普遍被设计成瓣模形式,采用人工敲打的方式脱模,劳动强度大且易损伤制品,制约了生产效率和制品质量的提高。为此,创新设计了一种自动侧向脱模模具,该模具的倒置斜导柱自动抽芯机构能够实现制品的快速自动侧向脱模,并大大降低了飞边胶料的清理难度。
Automobile rubber damping pad products, the traditional mold is generally designed to form a flap mode, the use of artificial knocking demoulding, labor-intensive and easy to damage products, restricting the production efficiency and product quality improvement. For this reason, an automatic lateral demoulding mold was innovatively designed. The inverted skew column automatic core pulling mechanism of the mold can realize quick and automatic lateral demolding of the product and greatly reduce the difficulty of cleaning the flash plastic.
