本文报道一种测定谷物蛋白质含量的“直接蒸馏法”(Direct Distillation Method),因为直接蒸馏省去了酸消化一步,因而它比完整的凯氏法要快速得多。将一个样品的测定时间,从1小时缩短到10分钟,且节约了药品并避免了有害气体的污染。本方法用量少,小样本也可测定,测定结果与凯氏法相比较,令人满意。本法很适于品质育种中大批材料的筛选。
This article reports a “Direct Distillation Method” for determining the cereal protein content, which eliminates the acid digestion step by direct distillation and is therefore much faster than the complete Kjeldahl method. Reducing the measurement time of one sample from 1 hour to 10 minutes saves pharmaceuticals and avoids contamination with harmful gases. The method of using less, small samples can be measured, the determination of the results compared with the Kjeldahl method, satisfactory. This law is suitable for screening a large number of materials in quality breeding.
