以Fe、C、Ti混合粉末为原料,采用钨极氩弧熔覆技术在Q235钢表面原位合成了TiC颗粒,分析了涂层组织结构,并对影响涂层组织结构的因素进行了分析。结果表明:较佳的合金粉末成分(质量分数)为65%Fe、26.9%Ti、8.1%C,熔覆速度为5mm/s,熔覆电流为80A,氩气流量为10L/min。测试熔覆层表面硬度最高可达42.3HRC。
TiC particles were synthesized in-situ on the surface of Q235 steel by using TIG welding with Fe, C and Ti as raw materials. The microstructure of the coating was analyzed and the factors affecting the microstructure of the coating were analyzed. The results show that the best composition of alloy powder is 65% Fe, 26.9% Ti and 8.1% C, the cladding speed is 5mm / s, the cladding current is 80A and the argon flow rate is 10L / min. Test the surface hardness of cladding up to 42.3HRC.
