与以往的贸易策略不同,近年来美国对华贸易调查中频频提起反补贴调查,如何应对其反补贴调查已经成为我国现阶段及未来一段时间内对外贸易领域的一个现实问题。本文通过梳理美国对华贸易中的反补贴政策的变迁,从法理和现实操作两个层面对现阶段“非市场经济规则”美国对华适用反补贴的政策选择作出分析,并最终给出政策建议。 Different from the previous trade tactics, the United States frequently filed anti-subsidy investigations in its trade investigation with China in recent years. How to deal with its anti-subsidy investigations has become a real problem in the field of foreign trade at present and in the future. By combing the changes of the anti-subsidy policy in the U.S. trade with China, this article analyzes the policy options of applying the anti-subsidy policy to China in the current “non-market economy rules” from both the legal and the practical aspects and finally gives the policy options policy suggestion.
