目的:探讨复方青秦对痛风性肾病大鼠肾组织病理学改变的影响。方法:将禁食16 h的雄性SD大鼠随机分为对照组和造模组,采用腺嘌呤诱导痛风模型,造模18 d,确认造模成功后,将造模组随机分为模型组、别嘌醇组、复方青秦377,188.50,94.25 mg·kg-1组,每组各5只。各组灌胃给予相应药物6周,于末次药后16 h处死,摘取肾脏组织置于10%中性福尔马林溶液固定,经包埋、系列切片,进行HE和PAS染色,采用光镜对肾组织病变进行分级评分统计,并在PAS染色下测定肾小球系膜基质相对面积。结果:复方青秦377 mg·kg-1组的肾小管上皮细胞变性坏死及尿酸盐结晶病变较模型组明显减轻(P<0.05),而其肾小球基质相对面积与模型组比较未见明显差异。结论:复方青秦377 mg·kg-1给大鼠ig 6周,能明显减轻痛风大鼠肾组织病变,对肾脏组织具有保护作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of compound QingQin on renal histopathological changes in rats with gout nephropathy. Methods: Male SD rats fasted for 16 h were randomly divided into control group and model group. The model of gout induced by adenine was established for 18 days. Results: The degeneration and necrosis of renal tubular epithelial cells and the lesions of urate crystals in the compound Qingqin 377 mg · kg-1 group were significantly reduced compared with the model group (P <0.05), while the relative area of the glomerular matrix was not found in model group Significant differences. CONCLUSION: Compound qingqin 377 mg · kg-1 can induce ig 6 weeks in rats, which can significantly reduce the pathological changes of renal tissue in gout rats and has a protective effect on kidney tissue.
