枳(木具)正丁醇提取物对大鼠食欲抑制作用的实验研究

目的:研究枳正丁醇提取物对大鼠食欲的影响.方法:选用SD大鼠,禁食12小时后,灌胃或腹腔注射枳正丁醇提取物水溶液;30m分钟后,定量给予饲料,定时称量剩余食物量计算大鼠摄食量;阳性对照药为氟拉明;分别以饮用水或生理盐水为空白对照,计算摄食抑制率.结果:灌胃给予125mg/Kg或250mg/Kg枳正丁醇提取物水溶液后1小时的摄食抑制率分别为:68.97±27.83%、68.27±30.19;腹腔注谢给予62.5mg/kg或125mg/kg枳正丁醇提取物水溶液后1小时的摄食抑制率分别为:100.0±0.0和100.0±0.0;灌胃和腹腔注射给予芬氟拉明后1小时的摄食抑制率分别为200.0±0.0和93.01±7.29.结论:枳正丁醇提取物水溶液对大鼠食欲有显著的抑制作用.
