目的:观察老年高血压患者昼夜血压节律对靶器官损害的影响。方法:将64例高血压病患者分为杓型组和非杓型组,观察并比较两组高血压患者的动态血压节律以及左心室结构和患者颈动脉血流受阻情况。结果:非杓型组24h收缩压、24 h舒张压、夜间收缩压、夜间舒张压明显高于杓型组,非杓型组较杓型组左心室厚度明显增加及颈动脉弹性功能显著下降。结论:非杓型血压节律的高龄高血压患者较杓型血压节律者的左心室肥厚发生率更高,颈动脉弹性功能显著下降。
Objective: To observe the effects of diurnal blood pressure rhythm on target organ damage in elderly hypertensive patients. Methods: 64 patients with essential hypertension were divided into dipper group and non-dipper group. The dynamic blood pressure rhythm and blockage of left ventricular structure and patient’s carotid artery blood flow were observed and compared in two groups. Results: The systolic blood pressure at 24h, diastolic pressure at 24 h, systolic pressure at night and diastolic pressure at night in non-dipper group were significantly higher than those in dipper group. The thickness of left ventricle in non-dipper group was significantly increased and the elasticity of carotid artery was significantly decreased. Conclusion: The incidence of left ventricular hypertrophy is higher in non-dipper blood pressure rhythm elderly hypertensive patients than in dipper blood pressure rhythm, and the carotid artery elasticity is significantly decreased.
