提升德育评价导向性是增强高职德育实效性的关键举措,文化则是影响高职德育评价导向性的核心动力。当前我国高职德育一方面受到多元文化的挑战及西方文化的压力,另一方面又受到社会主义核心价值体系思想文化建设的时代影响,这构成了高职德育生存的文化氛围。面对高职德育不够重视传统文化,德育评价导向力度不强的现实境况,探究高职德育评价导向性就显得尤为重要和迫切。为此分析高职德育评价导向的社会主义核心价值体系之时代要求;坚持以文化人,以文育人的价值理念追求;实现培育合格职业人,培育可持续发展职业人的终极目的是有意义的。
Promoting moral education evaluation orientation is the key measure to enhance the effectiveness of moral education in higher vocational education. Culture is the core power that affects the orientation of moral evaluation in higher vocational education. At present, the moral education of higher vocational education in our country is challenged by multiple cultures and the pressure of western culture. On the other hand, it is also affected by the ideological and cultural construction of the socialist core value system. This constitutes the cultural atmosphere in which moral education for higher vocational education exists. In the face of the fact that moral education in higher vocational education does not pay enough attention to traditional culture and the orientation of moral education evaluation is not strong, it is very important and urgent to explore the orientation of moral evaluation in higher vocational education. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the requirements of the times of the socialist core value system of moral evaluation in higher vocational education.
