目的 :观察甘油三酯增高者畸变产物耳声发射 ( DPOAE)的振幅和潜伏期的变化情况。方法 :采用IL O- V5耳动态分析仪检测 30例 ( 5 5耳 )甘油三酯增高者和 18例 ( 36耳 )正常人的 DPOAE的振幅和潜伏期。结果 :本组病例虽无纯音听阈异常 ,但 DPOAE振幅明显下降 ,而潜伏期变化不明显。结论 :甘油三酯增高者耳蜗功能可能有早期的损害 ,DPOAE的反应幅值和潜伏期在产生机制和影响因素方面有所差异
Objective: To observe the changes of amplitude and latency of distortion product otoacoustic emissions (DPOAE) with elevated triglycerides. Methods: The amplitude and latency of DPOAE in 30 patients (55 ears) with elevated triglycerides and 18 normal subjects (36 ears) were detected by IL-V5 ear dynamic analyzer. Results: Although pure tone threshold was abnormal in this group, the amplitude of DPOAE decreased obviously, but the change of latency was not obvious. CONCLUSION: Cochlear function of hypertriglyceridemia may be impaired in early stage. The amplitude and latency of DPOAE vary with the mechanisms and influencing factors
