长期以来,教师在课堂管理中通常是采用专断型的管理模式,在长期的教学中,逐渐感觉到这是极其低效的,常常还会适得其反。而最有效的管理是通过不断地鼓励和强化手段,激励学生的进步,形成课堂中积极向上的气息,学生才可能全身心地投入课堂活动,才能得到全面的发展。
For a long time, teachers usually adopt the special-type management mode in classroom management. Gradually, they feel it is extremely inefficient and often counterproductive in long-term teaching. The most effective management is through continuous encouragement and strengthening of means to motivate students’ progress and create a positive atmosphere in the classroom, so that students can devote themselves fully into classroom activities in order to achieve comprehensive development.
