预应力模具,当压合时,模套和模芯筒壁发生弹性变形。这种变形既使模具各应力圈产生一定的预应力,也给模具的制造工艺带来一些特殊问题——必须在压合后重复修研模具外形尺寸及型腔尺寸,使模具的制造复杂化,限制了组合模具生产率的提高。本文在厚壁筒弹性畸变理论的基础上提出了一种计算模具预压合变形的方法,目的是:1)为组合模具提供一种简便的压合变形计算程序,使参数表格化,计算规范化;2)给出一组适用于模芯为两种材质时压合变形的计算公式提高计算精度。文章还通过计算公式的推导过程论述了模具压合变形的一个重要结论——模具压合变形比为固定常数。根据这一结论文章推荐在工艺上采用变形比来计算压合变形的方法,使计算过程大为简化。

According to this conclusion, the article recommends using the deformation ratio in the process to calculate the compression deformation method, which simplifies the calculation process.
