通过免疫转移吸附试验,我们检出精浆内有抗血栓素Ⅲ抗原的存在,含量约为血浆的百分之一,分子量约57kD。体外实验证明,纯抗血栓素Ⅲ能抑制人、猪和小鼠精子顶体素活性,其中抑制猪顶体素的二级速率常数为M-1s-1,这种抑制反应是通过在SDS-PAGE上形成稳定的复合物而起作用的。小鼠体外受精试验表明,在培养基中加入抗血栓素Ⅲ能抑制精-卵结合和受精率。本研究提示,抗血栓素Ⅲ不仅存在于血凝过程中,而且还可能是生殖过程的调节因子。
By immunoadsorption adsorption test, we detected the presence of anti-thromboxane III antigen in seminal plasma, the content is about one percent of the plasma, the molecular weight of about 57kD. In vitro experiments show that pure anti-thromboxane III can inhibit human, pig and mouse sperm acrosin activity, which inhibits Porcine apocrine second-order rate constant for the M-1s-1, this inhibition by SDS- PAGE to form a stable complex and work. In vitro fertilization tests in mice showed that adding anti-thromboxane III to the medium inhibited both sperm-egg binding and fertilization rates. This study suggests that anti-thromboxane III not only exists in the blood coagulation process, but also may be a regulator of the reproductive process.
